Last night at our Board of Trustees meeting, four development groups presented: Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, Cornerstone, Source3 Development, and Streitmann Building Development.
Some of those developers have been generous enough to send us plans and information about their process so that we can give input and be some of the first to know.
Source3 Development is restoring and preserving the existing 4 buildings known as 212 W Liberty, 214 W Liberty, 1711 Elm Street, and 1713 Elm Street. They also plan to build a new building that will be 6 stories (allowable under current zoning) of approximately 90 units and 15,000 square feet of retail and will have a 3 level parking garage with entrances from Green, Logan and Liberty that consist of roughly 165-182 parking spaces.

Streitmann Building Development also presented a project. They are restoring 221 W. 12th St. Their intention is to create more office spaces in our neighborhood. They presented lots of plans at the meeting and they have supplied us this link to read more about their project:
