Membership Requirements
To be an active, voting member of the Community Council, Over-the-Rhine residents must have their primary residence in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, as defined by the border map in our bylaws. OTRCC members who are 18 years of age, an Over-the-Rhine resident, and a paid OTRCC member in good standing have voting privileges. New and lapsed members have a one-month waiting period before voting privileges are granted.

Whether you are already a Member or this is your first time joining us, we invite you to sign up or renew your membership and pay through our online membership portal. Annual membership fees are only $2/year.

- Your membership will be good until the end of the calendar year.
- Every member will need to renew every year by returning to this page.
- If you are new member, there is a one-month (1) waiting period before membership privileges, including voting rights, are granted.
Become a 2025 Member:
To manage our online membership we use Stripe to securely process payments. Card data is sent securely to Stripe before the payment form is submitted. We never see your credit card data, only Stripe does. Stripe is PCI compliant and secure. If you prefer to pay via check/cash, the paper membership form is an option (see details below).
Multiple members in your household?
Each individual must maintain their own active membership, and each member needs to be registered using a unique email address.
