***UPDATE*** The OTRCC has sent a letter of support to City Hall regarding the Liberty Street Safety Improvement Project:
11292017 Liberty Street Safety Impovement Project Support Resolution to City
Are you familiar with the Liberty Street Safety Improvement project? After four years of study, open house presentations and neighborhood discussions, a project plan to narrow the width of Liberty Street has been put forward by the city’s Department of Transportation and Engineering. Now it’s time for the Over the Rhine Community Council to review the plan and understand and discuss the project before weighing in with our final recommendations. The first step is to review the project at the meeting of the OTRCC’s Parking & Transportation Committee, to be held Thursday, November 2nd at 6pm, at Chatfield College, 1544 Central Parkway. All are welcome at the Committee meeting. Please see the following links to get familiar with the project.
