During last night’s Membership Meeting, John was presented with a $1,000 check to reimburse him for his expenses from our 2026 NSP funds for work on the Klotter/Conroy Adopt a Block Project. John and his crew worked tirelessly planting perennials, mulching, weeding, and watering the Baymiller and Freeman Avenue Right of Way.
The team also installed new LED landscaping lights in the public Baymiller Right of Way, south of Klotter Avenue. They applied weedkiller and weed wacked a half a mile of public sidewalk along the 400, 500, and 600 blocks of Klotter Avenue multiple times. And they received positive feedback from property owners, tenants, and a growing number of AIRB&B guests.
