I have a 30-year passion for cleaning up, beautifying, developing, promoting, and in general improving the
quality of life in OTR. This includes significant hands-on experience in OTR single family hillside home construction and multi-family historical renovations. Since the late 1980’s I have been the organizer and leader of the Klotter / Conroy Residents Association.
